Plug into your strength and capabilities in a way that feels supported and smart. We're not here for reps and sets and grinding it out - we're here to develop understanding and connection of how to move our body so can do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. So let's find our own way. Breath by breath. I got you. Let's go.


Intensity level: Moderate with options to increase or decrease intensity.

Pace: Moderate with short bursts of faster movement.

Accessibility: This class involves standing, sitting, kneeling, and laying on your back and abdomen and moving in between those positions. 
Props: hand weights or items weighing 2-3lbs, no more than 5 lbs, support for knees, wrists, hips if needed.
