Antidote Movement Club is about finding a deep sense of belonging both within your body and within the community. It's about the feel, not the look.

These classes consider the needs of our physical body as well as our emotional and mental health. By embracing ourselves as individuals and important members of this community, we feel limitless in our potential + possibilities.

THE ANTIDOTE

This class is designed to make you sweat and feel strong AF.  We combine elements of pilates, body weight exercises, and mobility work to strengthen and align your bod. Options and variations are always given.We're not here for reps and sets and grinding it out - we're here to develop understanding and connection of how to move our body so we can do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. I got you. Let's go.


 

Intensity level: Moderate with options to increase or decrease intensity

Pace: Moderate with short bursts of faster movement

Accessibility: This class involves standing, sitting, kneeling, and laying on your back and abdomen and moving in between those positions.  


Props: Hand weights or items weighing 2-3lbs, no more than 5 lbs, support for knees, wrists, hips if needed

NIGHTMOVES

Nightmoves is a wind down class that combines movement, stretching, breathing, self massage, and chill vibes to help you tune in and turn off. Created in the weird times of COVID-19, this class encourages you to make space for yourself so you can find peace and rest as you transition to bed time. This is a beautiful class that encourages you to show up for yourself or with those you are living with.


 

Intensity level: Low

Pace: Slow

Accessibility: This class involves standing, sitting, kneeling, and laying on your back; most of the class can be adjusted to sitting only. 


Props: Resistance band, yoga strap or scarf; support for knees, wrists, hips if needed, occasional use of a chair, rolled towel, pillow

SLOW + LOW

This class starts off slow (really slow) and low (on the floor) and then will flow as we wake up our bodies from head to toe. The class will incorporate stretching, mobilization, and gentle, fluid movements that will warm you up. this isn’t yoga, pilates, or dance. It’s something you’ve never experienced before!
 

Intensity level: Low to Moderate

Pace: Slow

Accessibility: This class is almost exclusively on the floor and includes kneeling, laying on our backs, on our abdomens and moving from the ground to standing.


Props: Resistance band, yoga strap or scarf; support for knees, wrists, hips if needed
